Ltd and all records, accounts, documents maintained by Financial Seva Kendra are confidential in nature and having regard to the sensitive nature of the information and records, specifically agrees to maintain integrity, secrecy and confidentially of all the information and records, accounts in respect of the services in the same manner & degree of care as Financial Seva Kendra would ensure for its own confidential & sensitive information.
  • Financial Seva Kendra shall hold the Confidential Information in confidence and shall exercise all reasonable diligence in ensuring that the Confidential Information is not disclosed to third parties and will refrain from using the Confidential Information for any purpose whatsoever other than for the purposes of this Agreement or for the purpose for which such information is supplied. Financial Seva Kendra shall also ensure that confidential information, directly or indirectly, is not disclosed without prior written consent of the Upick Technology Services Pvt. Ltd.
  • In the event that Financial Seva Kendra becomes legally compelled pursuant to any statutory or regulatory provision, court or arbitral decision, governmental order requirements to disclose any of the Confidential Information, the compelled Party, as far as possible will provide the Upick Technology Services Pvt. Ltd with prompt written notice. In any case, the compelled Party will furnish only that portion of the Confidential Information which is legally required and will exercise all reasonable efforts to obtain reliable assurance that confidential treatment will be accorded to the Confidential Information.

Responsibilities of Upick Technology Services Pvt. Ltd

  • Upick Technology Services Pvt. Ltd shall Provide the Software and its Maintenance and Upgrade as per Directives of Financial Seva Kendra from time to time.
  • Upick Technology Services Pvt. Ltd will communicate to Financial Seva Kendraabout all the Upgrades and Amendments in the ACT, Rules, Regulations, and Functionalities of the GST ecosystem.
  • Upick Technology Services Pvt. Ltd Shall arrange for a Call Centre accessible by Financial Seva Kendra for queries and problem reporting about the Software System.

Nature of Services

The Financial Seva Kendra agrees to provide the services as detailed here under and as per Instruction and as may be required by Upick Technology Services Pvt. Ltd.

  1. GSTN Registration.
  2. Upload of GST Returns of Customer.
  3. Reconciliation of the GST returns for the Customer.
  4. Maintenance of GST Books of Accounts of Customer.
  5. Digital Signature Provision.
  6. Any other Product or Financial Services that Upick Technology Services Pvt. Ltd intends to add from time to time.

We reserve the right to change or supplement this Privacy Policy document from time to time whenever there is some need to make amendments to it. Any kind of change in the way we make use of your personal information will be mentioned in future versions of this document. Terms And Conditions

Please go through these Terms & Conditions carefully before making use of this website and its contents. Your use of this website is solely based upon your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions included herein. By using this website you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree with any section of these Terms and Conditions, you must not make use of this website. Financial Seva Kendra reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion from time to time.

  • It is specifically agreed that the Financial Seva Kendra is an independent business entity and shall not be deemed to be the Agent of the Upick Technology Services Pvt. Ltd except in respect of the transactions/services on account of GST and other related services enabled by Upick Technology Services Pvt. Ltd noted above which give rise to Principal Agent relationship by implication.
  • Neither Financial Seva Kendra nor its employees, agents, representatives shall hold out or represent as agents of the Upick Technology Services Pvt. Ltd or GSTN.
  • Neither the Financial Seva Kendra nor its employees, representatives or agents of Financial Seva Kendra shall be entitled to claim permanent absorption or any other claim or benefit against the Upick Technology Services Pvt. Ltd or the concerned Departments at any point of time.
  • At no point of time, Financial Seva Kendra or his agents, representatives, shall claim any kind of employment with Upick Technology Services Pvt. Ltd.
  • The amount paid to Upick Technology Services Pvt. Ltd for Financial Gst Solution franchises Rs. 20,000 + 18% GST Charges is non-refundable.
  • Financial Seva Kendra one time charges shall be governed by the marketing plan applicable to the users on time to time. All such payments shall be non-refundable service payments for franchise fee, software solution, training and administrative expenses. The specific terms of the engagement shall be governed by the current scheme present at the time of signing of the agreement. The offer letter of the same shall become part of this agreement as annexure and shall be abiding for the parties.

Terms And Termination

1.) The Upick Technology Services Pvt. Ltd as well as Financial Seva Kendra shall have right to terminate the agreement by giving three months notice in writing to the other party. In the event of termination of the agreement by Financial Seva Kendra, all records, information including documents etc. shall be returned by Financial Seva Kendra to the Upick Technology Services Pvt. Ltd as per instructions of the Upick Technology Services Pvt. Ltd.

2.) The Upick Technology Services Pvt. Ltd shall have a right to terminate the agreement immediately by giving a notice in writing to Financial Seva Kendra in the following eventualities:

a.) If any Receiver/Liquidator is appointed in connection with the business of the Financial Seva Kendra transfers substantial assets in favor of its creditors or any orders / directions are issued by any Authority / Regulator which has the effect of suspension of the business of Financial Seva Kendra.

b.) If Financial Seva Kendra applies to the Court or passes a resolution for voluntary declaration as an Insolvent person or business entity or any other creditor /person files a petition for winding or dissolution of Financial Seva Kendra.

c.) If Financial Seva Kendra, in the reasonable opinion of the Upick Technology Services Pvt. Ltd is unable to pay its debts or discharge its liabilities in normal course of business.

d.) If any acts of commission or omission on the part of Financial Seva Kendra or its agents, employees, representatives in the reasonable opinion of the Upick Technology Services Pvt. Ltd  tantamount to fraud or prejudicial to the interest of the Upick Technology Services Pvt. Ltd or their customers.

Financial Seva Kendra – REFUND POLICY

STANDARD REFUND TERMS

  • Refund Policy for Advance (Partial) Payments
    Financial Seva Kendra only collects advance payment of 10% of total value for any service that are rendered  after booking GST Master Franchisee  to customers and such advances are non-refundable.

    Exception for Advance (Partial) Payments
    The 50% deposit of advance paid is only refundable, if we have not booked the domain, hosted & put the basic design, within 72 hours of order being placed for plans.

  • Refund Policy for Second (Full) Payment
     GSK only collects rest (balance) 50% of the second payment post successful completion of work and such payments are non-refundable.

  • Digital Marketing (SEO) Services Refund Policy
    You can cancel Digital Marketing (SEO) Services at any time and we will not bill you for future months except 1 upcoming month. However, you will not be refunded the cost of the 1 (one) upcoming month, present or past months since the service has already been planned/ prepared or performed. If you cancel SEO Services and request a refund within 48 hours of initially purchasing or renewing, you can receive a full refund for that month of service. After 48 hours, however, you are responsible for paying for that month, but will not be billed for future month.

  • Mode of Refund
    Refunds on Financial Seva Kendra are based on the mode of payment used to place the order initially. Below are the refund modes initiated by us for various payment.
    Options:
    Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Internet Banking
    If Credit card, Debit card or Internet banking was used as the mode of payment while placing the order, the amount paid will be refunded/ will be credited back to the respective credit/debit card/internet banking account provided at the time of placing the order. We initiate refund within a maximum of 5 working days. However, it may take up to 7-10 working days for the respective banks to process the refund and reflect in your credit/debit card statement or internet banking account. Please get in touch with your bank directly in case of any delays after the confirmation of refund by GSK.
